Sustainably raised, our beef is a better option, for the ground and the consumer. We graze our closed heard cattle on our 4000+ acre ranch in Southern Illinois. The low stress environment increases marbling resulting in better texture and flavor. Our closed herd results in more consistent flavor and quality.
